Service Description
Our special fundraising Quiz Night is being hosted at The Star pub in Oxford. It is open to all and will be a fun evening of quizzing, socialising, and raffle prizes! - with all monies raised going towards our #keepbrokenspokepedalling Crowdfunder. https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/keep-the-broken-spoke-pedalling The Quiz Night is free to attend, but any donations are very much appreciated. If you would like to donate an entry fee to go towards our Crowdfunder please choose from the donations option dropdown when booking. If you would like a free ticket, simply pick the smallest donation value and then pop the promo code PUBQUIZ at checkout and the cost will change to zero. The event will start at 6.30pm with the quiz itself commencing at 7pm once everyone is settled in! We will also be selling raffle tickets on the night where you can be in for the chance of winning some great prizes. Max of 4 people per team. Either come as a team or form one on the night! If coming as a team we ask that each person registers so we can easily keep track of numbers. We can’t wait to see you there and thank you for your support! Cancellation Policy
Bike Maintenance Courses We have a 5 day cancellation policy on all our courses when you book online. A cancellation inside 5 days before the start date means you will forfeit your payment. If we cancel a course for whatever reason, for example if a course is unsubscribed, we will let you know via email as soon as possible. We will then give you the option of rescheduling on a future course or a full refund. DIY workshop sessions We have a 2 day cancellation policy on all our DIY workshop sessions when you book online. A cancellation inside 2 days before the start date means you will forfeit your payment. If we cancel a DIY session for whatever reason, we will let you know via email as soon as possible. We will then give you the option of rescheduling on a future session or a full refund. Cycle training We have a 72 hr cancellation policy on our 1:1 cycle training sessions when you book online. A cancellation inside 72 hr before the start date means you will forfeit your payment, or if your employer or university is paying, it will still be taken off your allowance of subsidised training and they will still be billed. If we cancel for whatever reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will then give you the option of a full refund or option to rebook to another session time.
