Salary: £23,000 pro rata
Hours: 28 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term for 1 year, with a six month review period
Reports to: People and Culture Lead
Location: Broken Spoke, St Thomas School, Osney Lane, Oxford,
OX1 1NJ, with option for some remote working

Start date: Tuesday 10th May 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter
Volunteer Board Members
As we turn 10 this summer and move into our teens, we need some new board members to swell the ranks of our dedicated, hard working (and delightful) volunteer board. Get in touch and apply here.
As the board we support the staff team on organisational issues – how we create a successful, inclusive organisation, how we get funding, stay solvent, remain safe, and ensure we’re still here in another ten years. The board provides strategic and financial oversight and accountability on the big decisions which fundamentally impact the business, its employees, volunteers, customers and, of course, our mission.
We are looking to recruit four new board members as soon as possible, including a new Chair and a Treasurer.
