Bikes and nature go together like… a horse and carriage. Someone wrote a song about that, I think. That’s why we’d love you to join us for a family day out at the Earth Trust in Wittenham Clumps next month. At our ‘Wings and Wheels’ day we’ll be on-hand to help you lovely folk fix up your bikes ready for some sweet springtime riding, and there’ll be plenty of family activities on offer including bird spotting and kite making.
If you’re interested, just pop along to the Earth Trust on February 1st where you can make use of our tools & workstands or just get some friendly advice. And to complete the “Wings and Wheels” theme, our volunteers will treat you to the Broken Spoke choir’s rendition of Bette Midler’s “Wind Beneath My Wings” (not really).
