Thank you for booking cycle training with Broken Spoke! You’ll receive a call from one of our instructors 1-2 days before the session to ensure that you and your bike are ready to go.
Cancellations
- 48 hours or more: To cancel your session, please contact cycletraining@bsbcoop.org at least 48 hours before the session’s start time.
- 48 hours or less: For sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice and your employer or university is paying, it will be taken off your allowance of subsidised training and they will still be billed.
